The Noida based company said that it processes more than 400 million transactions on its gateway business for its merchants. Mainly targeted at multiple payment use cases like bill payments, content subscription, monthly grocery purchases, housing society payments and others Paytm will offer the recurring payment facility as an additional mode of transaction beyond cards, net banking and other Paytm proprietary instruments. Paytm Payment Gateway offers Software Development Kits (SDKs), Developer APIs and secure checkout solutions to address custom payment requirements various types of businesses. “Frictionless recurring payments is a critical element of subscription businesses and with this feature on our payment gateway, merchants can now reach out to millions of users for their subscription offerings,” said Kiran Vasireddy, chief operating officer, Paytm.
